Ingredient Required
Rice
1 Cup (200 g)
Water
For soaking 1 cup (200 ml)

Water
For boiling 6-8 cup (1200-1600 ml)

Salt
1 pinch (1/4 tsp.)
Steps of Cooking
1. Rinse & soak rice with water for 15-20 minutes. 2. Add the drained rice into an uncovered pan containing 6-8 cups of boiling water. Stir gently once and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes. Turn off heat & drain the water from the pan. 3. Immediately cover the pan and allow rice remain in the pan for 2-3 minutes before serving.
