Steps of Cooking

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions until very light brown. Add chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili paste and Shan Chicken Masala.
  2. Add 1 cup (200ml) water with salt. Cook on low flame until tender.
  3. Add curry leaves and cook for 1 minute on low flame. Optional:
