Steps of Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions until very light brown. Add chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili paste and Shan Chicken Masala.
- Add 1 cup (200ml) water with salt. Cook on low flame until tender.
- Add curry leaves and cook for 1 minute on low flame. Optional:
- Coconut milk or paste may be added for taste
