Ingredient Required

  1. Potatoes 1kh

    medium & peeled, thin round slices
  2. Tomatoes 2 medium / 125g

    finely diced
  3. Green Chilies 3-4 medium sliced/chopped

  4. Cilantro/Fresh Coriander 3-4 tablespoons

    coarsely chopped
  5. Shan Aloo Bhujia 1 packet

Steps of Cooking

  1. Add potatoes, tomatoes and Shan AaloBhaji Mix in 8 cups of water. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
  2. Stir and mash the potatoes to thicken the gravy.
  3. Add green chilies, fresh coriander, stir and remove.
