Chicken/Lamb/Beef

Skinless, boneless, small cubes

Lemon Juice

4 tablespoons

Cooking Oil

2-3 tablespoons

Shan Shish Touk

1 Packet

Steps of Cooking

  1. Mix Shan Shish Taouk Mix, lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons oil / butter. Apply it to the meat cubes. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Skewer the meat and grill on very low heat of charcoal grill or table top grill.
  3. Turn pieces over to cook evenly, basting often with marinate.
