Ingredient Required

Oil/Ghee

3 cups / 500ml
for frying

Green Chilies

1-2 chopped

Onions

2 medium
sliced

Cilantro/Fresh Coriander

few leaves
chopped

Shan Pakora Mix

1 packet

Steps of Cooking

  1. Add 1 cup of water to one packet of Shan Pakora Mix. Mix thoroughly to make a smooth batter. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Drop the batter by the spoonful in hot oil and deep fry until golden. Sprinkle Shan Chaat Masala on the Pakoras and serve with Shan Chutney.
