Ingredient Required

Potatoes

4 medium/300g
peeled and cubed

Green Peas

¾ cup
100g

Tomatoes

2 medium / 100g
¾ cup, chopped

Onion

1 large/100g, ¾ cup
finely chopped

Cauliflower

1 cup / 100g
broken into flowerlets

Capsicum

½ cup
50g

Garlic

6-8 cloves

Oil / Butter

Butter

Shan Pav Bhaji Mix

3 leveled tablespoons

Steps of Cooking

  1. Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
  2. On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done.
  3. Then add Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables.
