COOKING

RECIPE

As per 50 gram

Ingredient Required

Meat

750g
cubes on bone

Potato

3 large/350g
Peeled and quartered

Onion

3 medium / 250g
finely sliced

Yogurt

1 cup / 250g
whipped

Garlic paste

1 tablespoon

Ginger paste

1 tablespoon

Fresh Coriander

2 tablespoons

Oil / Ghee

¾ cup / 150 ml

Shan Aaloo Gosht Mix

1 Packet mix in ½ cup of water

Steps of Cooking

  1. In hot oil fry the onions until golden. Remove and crush.
  2. In the same oil add ginger paste and garlic paste and meat. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Shan Aaloo Gosht Mix and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. Add yogurt and stir.
  4. Add 3-4 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
  5. Add potatoes and the crushed fried onions. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add green coriander and mix.
