RECIPE

Ingredient Required
Meat
500g

Onion
2 medium / 200g

Spinach
1 kg
1 kg
Garlic Paste
2 Tablespoons
Yogurt
½ cup/100g
whipped
Ginger Paste
1 Tablespoon
Green Chili
4-5 Pieces
chopped
Ghee / Oil
1 cup/175ml
Shan Palak Gosht Mix
1 packet, mix in ½ cup of water
Steps of Cooking
- In hot oil fry onions until light golden.
- Sear meat in fry pan.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and continue stir-frying
- Continue to fry until the meat turns brownish.
- Add Shan Palak Gosht Mix and fry until it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add yogurt and continue to stir-fry.
- Separately: In 2 Liters of water add ½ teaspoon salt and the spinach. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the spinach and add to the meat.
- Add 2-3 cups of water and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add Green chilies and cook until oil separates from the spinach.
