Étapes de la cuisson
- Pour the vegetables into the bowl, add 2 cups (400ml) water & boil until half tender.
- Heat the oil in a separate pan, sauté curry leaves and onion until brown.
- Add tomatoes, green chili and sauté. Add Shan Vegetable Masala and stir well.
- Add cooked vegetables in ½ cup of water and boil. When the gravy is almost dry add coconut milk, salt and stir well. Remove from flame before boiling and serve hot.
